About us
Pepeha Play is a Māori entertainment company creating immersive play experiences across Aotearoa that bring te reo Māori, mātauranga Māori and the pūrākau of our ancestors to life.
Our kaupapa is grounded in the belief that when tamariki and whānau are immersed in language, culture and ancestral knowledge, identity is strengthened and mātauranga lives and breathes.
Through play, we create an almost unconscious layer of learning that helps whānau connect with who they are, where they come from. Hence the whakaaro behind the name Pepeha Play.
